Normalized gene expression analysis for selected test tumours and controls. Expression analysis was performed using Affymetrix Human U133_plus2 arrays. Log-transformed expression values are shown for 18 tumour samples (10 diffuse astrocytomas and 8 pilocytic astrocytomas), and foetal and adult normal brain controls (foetal and adult diencephalon, cerebellum and cerebral cortex, adult medulla and thalamus).
