We undertook a survey of 1000 sera routinely collected in the first trimester of pregnancy, from women booking their pregnancy care in Oxfordshire, UK between April and July 2020. We used an ELISA to detect IgG to SARS-CoV-2 trimeric spike protein and in vitro SARS-CoV-2 pseudotyped microneutralisation (pMN) assays.<br> Ethics approval: South Central Research Ethics Committee (Ref: 08/H0606/139).
