资源简介:
In order to find out the differences of several B. bassiana strains subjected to the single host environment and a single B. bassiana strain adapted to the several insect cuticles, the transcriptomic analysis of three B. bassiana strains with different pathogenicity treated with the silkworm (Bombyx mori L.) cuticle (group I), and the one of three strains was also treated with cotton bollworm and greenish-brown hawk moth larva as well as synthetic medium (group II) were performed through RNA-Sequencing technique. Function categorizationt of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) showed that in the group I, most of them involved in metabolic process, biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, catalytic activity, and some involved in nutrition uptake, adhesion and host defense were also noted; and in the group II, the DEGs were mainly catalytic activity and general function. Overall design: 1, Total RNA obtained from three B. bassiana strains grown on the silkworm cuticle extracts at 24 hpi, respectively; 2, Total RNA obtained from one B. bassiana strain grown on the the cuticle extracts of cotton bollworm and greenish-brown hawk moth larva, as well as synthetic medium at 24 hpi, respectively.
