Transcriptomes of maize axial and lateral root types under diverse phosphate conditions

In this study RNA-sequencing was used to monitor gene expression changes in axial and lateral root types of maize (Zea mays L.) under diverse phosphate conditions to gain a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying phosphate associated developmental program of root types.
