资源简介:
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common cause of chronic liver disease in children worldwide but etiology and a possible role for intestinal microbes remain unclear. Early adiposity and lifestyle could modulate the gut microbiota composition and contribute to the development of NAFLD. Therefore, we aimed to investigate associations between adiposity during early childhood, lifestyle, and gut microbiome, and the risk of developing NAFLD in adolescence using a large ambispective cohort from Chile.
