We sequenced seven neuroblastoma cell lines, including the parental NLF neuroblastoma cell line and three modified NLF cell lines. Overall design: The parental NLF line (N=3) was used as a comparison to the NLF sgCon cell line. NLF sgCon was transduced with a scrambled sgRNA-targeted CRISPR-Cas9 lentivirus, and NLF_YAPKO1 and NLF_YAPKO2 represent two NLF cell lines with YAP1 genetic knockout. NLF sgCon, NLF YAPKO1, and NLF YAPKO2 were treated with either 0.1% DMSO (N=3) or 20 nM trametinib (N=3) for 72 hours prior to RNA isolation. NLF sgCon serves as a control for the NLF YAP1 knockout cell lines.
