Pn inversion program, parameter file, inversion results and the SKS dataset used in the study of the Eastern Mediterranean and Anatolian region

ctomo.c: Source code in C for performing the nonuniform grid Pn velocity and anisotropy tomography inversion. ctomo.sh: A shell script used to execute the inversion program, configuring key parameters such as the ray-count threshold, grid size, damping values, and the number of iterations. jsg_geodynamics_na.sks.savg0.5.table: Spatially averaged SKS splitting data on a 0.5° grid, utilized for comparative statistical analysis, sourced from the compilation by T. W. Becker, updated as of August 30, 2025. jsg_geodynamics_na.sks.table: Individual SKS splitting measurement data, used for plotting single-station comparisons, sourced from the compilation by T. W. Becker, updated as of August 30, 2025. Pn_20_48_30_43.txt: The Pn velocity and anisotropy inversion results of the Eastern Mediterranean and Anatolian region. The five numbers in each line are the longitude, latitude, Pn velocity, magnitude of Pn anisotropy, and direction of the fastest wave propagation (rotate clockwise from north) at each grid.
