We thought the ferroptosis participated in NASH, but the mechanism was unclear. To invetigate this, we collected the liver from control group and ferroptosis inhibitor (Lip-1) treatment group, both the mice were fed with high fat and high fructose diet. And the RNA-Seq was ferformed in this 6 samples. 3 in control group, 3 in ferroptosis inhibitor (Lip-1) treatment group.
