Data Processing: Calculate the actual operating time by subtracting total standby time from total startup time; then compute the equipment operating rate with the formula: (operating time ÷ total startup time) × 100%; finally, derive the estimated daily output by multiplying the rated unit output of the CNC machine tool by the actual operating time.
3. Data Application: The equipment operating rate, defined as the percentage of actual production time relative to total startup time of the CNC machine tool, reflects the operational status of the equipment. A higher operating rate indicates longer actual production duration and greater output.
