In vivo parameters of WT and DCM mice with or without candesartan treatment.

DCM mice treated with candesartan (3 mg/kg/day) from 1 to 3 months of age and age-matched untreated control DCM and WT mice were used. Blood pressure, surface ECG and trans-thoracic echocardiography (TTE) were measured. Heart weight, lung weight and body weight were measured after sacrifice.
