Electric Treatment Effects on Soil Nitrogen-Cycling Microbes

This study aims to analyze the composition and diversity of soil nitrogen-cycling microbial communities via 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and to investigate the impacts of electric treatment and different nitrogen fertilization practices on these communities. It further seeks to elucidate how the microbial activities contribute to soil nitrous oxide mitigation. The findings are expected to provide novel microbiological insights for reducing agricultural soil nitrous oxide emissions.
