Bulk proteomics of naive human dorsal root ganglion

Study Purpose: This study set out to a) provide a quantitative proteomic reference for the human DRG and nerve root and b) explore sexual dimorphism in these tissues. Data Collection: DIA-PASEF proteomics was performed on hDRG tissue from donors. Primary Conclusion: Multi-omic integration with human DRG proteomics highlights TNFa signaling as a relevant sexually dimorphic pathway in the periphery.
