Research Careers and T alent DevelopmentThe questionnaire aims to assess researchers’ perceptions, experiences, and institutionalpractices across these four pillars, in line with the ERA Policy Agenda (Action 4: Strengthenresearch careers in the European Research Area). It captures both the quantitative and qualitativedimensions of research career systems.
