Immune protection dataset for a novel nVarIBDV vaccine: LNP-encapsulated VP2 DNA plasmid in a chicken model.

Table data:we have provided 7 tables in the "original data" archive, containing the raw data for the figures. This includes data on neutralizing antibodies and viral tissue load.Western blot data :Western blot analysis was conducted on an Odyssey CLX-1799 imaging system (LI-COR, USA) equipped with a 680 nm solid-state laser. The original image file exported from the system is uploaded to File（Original Images for Blots or Gels or Microscopy）and ScienceDB.We have provided the machine-exported figures in the archive "Original picture_Figure 1b".Figure data：The clinical photographs in the figures were captured using a smartphone (Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max). For viral load data, statistical analysis was performed using GraphPad Prism 8.0, with results presented as mean ± SD. Statistical comparisons were made using independent t-tests, and a P-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.For WB analysis images： the original images were placed onto a PowerPoint slide for annotation. The red border highlights the region of interest used in this study, and the red arrow indicates the target protein band. The corresponding raw image data are provided in the archive "Figure 1b".
