m6A-RIP sequencing of primary hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) isolated from Control and HSC-specific Mettl3-knockout (Mettl3 cKO) mouse liver tissues. Overall design: Control and Mettl3 cKO mouse primary HSCs were isolated and cultured for 7 days in vitro for spontaneous activation.Total RNA was extracted for m6A-RIP sequencing. m6A peaks were analyzed and compared between Control and cKO HSCs.
