The data includes georeferenced records of 39 endemic amphibian species to seasonally dry tropical forests (N-SDTF), using WGS 1984 decimal geographic coordinates (longitude and latitude). To obtain occurrence records, we conducted a comprehensive search was conducted using online databases (GBIF) and field data. We considered the taxonomic synonymy of the species and standardized the names according to the system proposed by Frost (1999) 2023 to ensure accuracy.
