The HotpotQA dataset is a large-scale question answering (QA) dataset collected from English Wikipedia, comprising 113,000 crowdsourced questions. Answering these questions requires referencing the introductory paragraphs of two Wikipedia articles. Each question includes two gold paragraphs and lists of sentences from some paragraphs, where the supporting facts provided in these sentence lists are recognized as essential for answering the corresponding questions.
