CD34+ Haematopoietic stem cells were differentiated ex vivo to generate ChIP-seq data for machine learning of rules underlying open chromatin dynamics. Overall design: CD34+ cells were isolated from peripheral blood from three healthy donors (Two males, one female) and differentiatied ex vivo. ChIP-seq for key histopne marks (H3K27ac, H3K4me3) and transcription factors (CTCF, Gata-1) were performed at day 13 of differentiation.
