Raw data for neurite outgrowth in retinal ganglion cells and retinal explant cultures

This dataset contains the underlying quantitative data supporting a manuscript currently under review at PLOS ONE, including analyses of isolated retinal ganglion cell (RGC) cultures and retinal explant cultures. The data include neurite length measurements, the percentage of neurite-bearing cells, and the percentage of apoptotic cells under different treatment conditions. These datasets were used for statistical analyses and figure generation in the main and supplementary figures.
