RNA sequencing in primary culture Schwann cells transfected with Scramble/shDdb1 siRNA

This study used RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to analyze gene expression changed in primary cultured Schwann cells after transfection with Scramble control siRNA and shDdb1 siRNA. Ddb1 (Damage-specific DNA-binding protein 1) is a key protein involved in DNA repair and cellular regulation. By comparing transcriptomic profiles, we aim to uncover Ddb1's role in Schwann cell function, which may provide insights into peripheral nerve development, regeneration, or related disorders.
