"This dataset captures the temporal dynamics of physical-layer parameters in inter-satellite links (ISLs) within a simulated Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network. The network comprises 60 satellites configured in a Walker-Star constellation with a near-polar orbital inclination of 86.4\u00b0, closely resembling the Iridium system. The constellation consists of 10 orbital planes, each containing six uniformly spaced satellites. At each sampling instant, key physical parameters\u2014such as propagation delay, Doppler shift, antenna sector, range, elevation, and azimuth angles\u2014are recorded relative to a designated reference satellite (pivot). These measurements are collected for all neighboring satellites within the pivot\u2019s radio visibility range, and the resulting time-series data is stored in .mat format."
