The zebrafish-tumor-metastasis (ZTM) model is a robust method for the isolation of metastatic cells and is uniquely suited to facilitate study of cancer metastasis and metastasis-preventing therapies. Overall design: Two parental populations of MDA-MB-231 cells (P15 and P18) were sequenced, along with two serially isolated and propagated populations that had undergone the ZTM model (F1 and F2).
