Global transcriptomic analysis of the first Mexican clinical isolate of Candidozyma auris (strain 20-1498, clade IV). Cells were initially propagated in YPD medium at 37C until the stationary phase, then transferred to YNB medium supplemented with 2% dextrose and 0.5% (NH4)2SO4, and incubated for six hours under two temperature conditions (37C and 42C). Total RNA was extracted for high-throughput sequencing.
