Human colorectal cancer samples used for analysis in Haughey et al. 2023 (DOI: 10.1371/journal.pcbi.1010952). Tissue samples originally analysed using the BaseScope assay (DOI: 10.1038/s41467-017-02295-5; DOI: 10.1038/s41586-022-05311-x) which enabled high resolution spatial mapping of either mutant BRAF, KRAS and PIK3CA oncogenes and corresponding wild-type tumour cells.
