Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific antibodies detect progression to active tuberculosis in South African adolescents

This study follows two separate cohorts of South African Adolescents (ACS and GC6), whom both have serum extracted from them at multiple different visits. That serum is then run on multiple systems serologies assays: Antibody Dependent Functional Profiling (ADNP: Antibody Dependent Neutrophil Phagocytosis, and ADCP: Antibody Dependent Cellular Phagocytosis), along with a Titer Assay for many different Antigens/Lectins (IgA1, IgA2, IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgM, RCA, and SNA) and FC Receptor Binding assay on different receptors (R2A, R2B, R3A, R3B).
