A single cell transcriptional profile of both epithelial and mesenchymal cells in the tooth bud of the murine molar marked by Gli1-GFP+ tooth root progenitor cells or PTHrP+ dental follicle cells at postnatal day 6 (P6) Overall design: GFP+, tdTomato+ and GFP+tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from postnatal day 6 (P6) tooth bud of Gli1-GFP; PTHrP-creER; R26R-tdTomato mice (tamoxifen at P3). 10,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000
