The whole depository includes blood hQTL summary statistics across five marks in this study (H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27me3, H3K36me3, H3K27ac), Bipolar Disorder GWAS summary statistics leaving the Mayo Clinic cohort out (BDlooMAYO_PGC3_hg38.sorted.bed.gz), and eQTL summary statistics for 14 brain cell types (Astro, Ex-L2or3, Ex-L4, Ex-L5or6, Ex-NRGN, In-PV-Basket, In-PV-Chandelier, In-Rosehip, In-SST, In-SV2C, In-VIP, Microglia, Oligo, OPC) based on sn-RNA-seq data in ROSMAP cohort.
