停车场运营数据一部分来自于停车场设备自主采集,一部分通过人工手动录入。各封闭停车场所有的数据收集由进出口道闸识别传输到系统,出口位置设置收费二维码车主自行扫码输入车牌后付款出场。中心城区路侧公共泊位由地磁识别车辆进出场,人工手持PAD进行计费凭据打印张贴,车主以计费凭据上的缴费二维码完成缴费。阳湖片区路侧公共泊位是以高低位视频桩识别车辆进出场,人工手持PAD 进行计费凭据打印张贴和车务车牌的识别上报。车主以计费凭据上的缴费二维码完成缴费。数据采集包括但不限于入场时间、离场时间、停车时长、收费金额等。通过智慧停车平台管理。对于特殊情况下的车牌未识别或无入场记录,采用人工手动录入的方式进行修正。
A portion of parking operation data is autonomously collected by on-site parking equipment, while the rest is manually entered by on-site staff. For all enclosed parking lots, data collection is carried out via access and exit boom gates, which identify passing vehicles and transmit collected data to the management system. A payment QR code is installed at the exit of each enclosed lot, allowing vehicle owners to scan the code, enter their license plate numbers, and complete payment before exiting. For on-street public parking spaces in the central urban area, vehicle entry and exit are detected by geomagnetic sensors; staff use handheld PADs to print and post billing vouchers, and vehicle owners complete payment via the QR code on the vouchers. For on-street public parking spaces in the Yanghu District, vehicle entry and exit are identified by high-low mounted video surveillance piers, and staff use handheld PADs to print and post billing vouchers as well as identify and report license plate information, with vehicle owners completing payment through the QR code on the vouchers. The collected data includes, but is not limited to, entry time, exit time, parking duration, charging amount, and other relevant parking-related information. All such data is managed via the smart parking platform. In special scenarios where license plate recognition fails or there are no valid entry records, manual entry is adopted for data correction and supplementation.
