资源简介:
The gut microbiota plays a key role in the health of the host. As an ideal animal model, pigs have made great contributions to the research of human diseases. Tibetan pig is an ancient pig breed in China with stronger disease resistance. In this study, we collected pig feces for 16s rRNA sequencing and used PICRUSt for functional prediction. We found that Tibetan pigs have more abundant flora. The proportion of Firmicutes is lower, the proportion of Bacteroides is higher, and Fibrobacterota is significantly higher. In addition, the proportions of Lachnospiraceae, Oscillospiraceae, and Ruminococcaceae in Tibetan pigs are higher than Barkshire pigs and Landrace pigs. The function of Tibetan pig's dominant flora is at a high level of correlation with NOD like receptor signaling pathway in Immune system, et al. Moreover, we discovered that the interaction of the 350days Tibetan pig flora is more complex and stable. The boars gut microbes is more abundant, and these gut microbes more relate to Drug resistance antimicrobial,Xenobiotics biodegradation and metabolism functions, and so on. In conclusion, our research provides new ideas for using Tibetan pig microbiota to resist pathogenic infections for the host.
