Dataset for "Identifying wave sources using flow velocity method in excitable media"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all supporting materials for the study on identifying wave sources in excitable media (cardiac electrophysiology) using the Flow Velocity Method and Modified Charge-density Method, based on the Luo-Rudy ionic model. It includes: FORTRAN simulation code to generate diverse spiral wave patterns (rigidly rotating, meandering, linear core, coexisting multiple spirals, target waves with/without obstacles, and noise-perturbed cases) - MATLAB code to reproduce all figures (Figure 1–4) and tables (Table 1–2) presented in the associated paper - Raw numerical data (.dat files) of transmembrane potentials and other model variables - Error rate statistics results (.txt/.xlsx files) comparing the performance of the two methods - Final publication-ready images (.png files) The materials are structured into subfolders aligned with each figure and table in the paper, ensuring full reproducibility of the study’s findings. Detailed README documentation is included to guide users through executing simulations, generating results, and interpreting the data.
