Stu1∆ML-expressing S. cerevisiae cells were released from G1 arrest and visualized in metaphase. Stu1∆ML-GFP is shown in green, CFP-Tub1 in red, and Ame1-Cherry (kinetochores) in blue. Nine Z-stacks were acquired.
