Observation and Simulation Data for the Study "Modulation of Chorus Wave Repetition Period Near the Injection Front"

This dataset contains the observational and simulation data used in the study “Modulation of Chorus Wave Repetition Period Near the Injection Front.” The observational data include plasma parameters and chorus wave properties obtained from Van Allen Probe A. Three chorus events near the energetic electron injection front, which exhibit pronounced changes in the repetition period, are provided for detailed comparison with the simulations. The simulation data include wave spectra and chorus element properties for different hot electron fractions. The starting times and frequencies of individual chorus elements are identified using the method described in the manuscript.
