Archegozetes longisetosus - genome sequencing and assembly. Archegozetes longisetosus strain:RAN

Archegozetes longisetosus Aoki, is a clonal, all-female oribatid mite species used as a model species by numerous laboratories for the past 30 years. The aim of this project was to provide the community with a high-quality genome. We present a 190-Mb genome assembly constructed from Nanopore MinION and Illumina sequencing platforms with 23,825 predicted protein-coding genes and an N50 contiguity of 994.5 kb.
