Tarantula population genomics

This study contains raw Illumina sequencing reads generated from multiple individuals of the tarantula species Thrigmopoeus truculentus. The data were produced as part of a population genomics project aimed at examining genetic diversity, population structure, and evolutionary history across the species distribution in India. Leg tissue was used for DNA extraction, and paired end sequencing was performed on the Illumina platform. These sequence reads provide a resource for future studies on tarantula genetics, conservation, and comparative genomics.
