This item contains a zip file with 6,000 images from plate 4 and a metadata CSV file for this specific plate. There are 4 channels/stains: - DAPI (DNA/Nuclei) - GFP (ER) - CY5 (Mitochondria) - RFP (Actin) There are NF1 Null and WT cells on this plate, with only the WT cells either not treated or treated with one of three siRNA constructs to decrease neurofibromin production using a dose curve.
