Regulation of SLPI-IL-17 signaling pathway during respiratory infections and vaccination

Data were collected for a research project. Most data were collected in a mouse model following intranasal and intraperitoneal immunization with whole-cell pertussis (wP) and acellular pertussis (aP) vaccines.
These datasets capture molecular, cellular, and systemic immune responses relevant to respiratory mucosal immunity. The main techniques used to collect data were ELISA assays, flow cytometry, Proteome Profiler Array Kit.
