UK Biobank Data on Major Diseases

This dataset comprises feature data for 8 major diseases obtained from the UK Biobank, with the aim of assessing the efficacy of the InterFeat pipeline in identifying compelling hypotheses. Furthermore, 109 features were annotated by medical experts according to their novelty, feasibility, practicality, and overall degree of interest. For the purpose of evaluation, the dataset also incorporates confounding features. In terms of scale, the dataset covers features of 8 major diseases, alongside annotations from medical experts. The task is to evaluate the interest level of disease-associated features via the expert annotations.
