Full-sibling pecan trees (Carya illinoinensis) and their parents sequenced across NgoMIV RE-sites using GBS

This project utilized genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) on genomic DNA samples of 151 full-sibling pecan trees (Carya illinoinensis) and their parents digested with NgoMIV. The purpose of this project was to generate genetic linkage maps from heterozygous loci in the parents using a double pseudo-testcross mapping strategy. These maps were then used to detect QTL.
