Tentacle scaling benchmark

Tentacle scaling benchmark This is a zip file that contains an IPython Notebook with a description of the experimental design, along with the code to compute the results required to produce the figure used in the publication "Tentacle: distributed quantification of genes in metagenomes" by Boulund et al. 2015. To interactively view and run the IPython notebook we recommend the freely available Anaconda Scientific Python distribution (https://store.continuum.io/cshop/anaconda/) that contains all the Python packages required to run the notebook.
