Single-cell gene expression analysis of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation upon exposure to paracetamol [scRNA-seq]

Single-cell RNA-seq of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation at four distinct time-points. hESCs are differentiated using a novel protocol, and day 0, 7, 13 and 20 were charachterized. Cells exposed to 100 or 200 μM paracetamol from Day 1 were charachterised at Day 7 and Day 20. Genome wide gene expression profiling of (n= 4) samples from neuronal differentiation human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) at day 7(n = 2) and 20 (n=2) .
