资源简介:
Climate warming caused by the increase of atmospheric CO2 is a common problem faced globally, and soil, as the largest carbon storage in terrestrial ecosystems, can produce significant changes in atmospheric CO2 concentration even by very small changes. An increase in temperature leads to a greater release of carbon from the soil, and the multiplicative increase in the rate of soil CO2 release when the temperature rises by 10 degrees Celsius is defined as the temperature sensitivity of soil carbon release, Q10.To understand the microbial mechanisms affecting Q10, we carried out experiments in the Dafeng District of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, China, to investigate soil bacterial community and dominant species changes in three land-use types (wetland, forest, and agroforestry) in different seasons.
