以植物名录及《中国植物志》中英文版为基础，结合最新的研究进展以及网络技术，建设易使用、易更新和信息量大的在线中国植物志，提供在线实时服务；开发以网站、APP 等多种形式的物种信息发布与推送模式，为分类研究、生物多样性保护、生态学研究、科学传播、博物教育等提供基础数据和工作平台

This dataset is developed based on plant catalogs and the Chinese and English versions of *Flora of China*, combined with the latest research advances and network technologies. An easy-to-use, easily updatable and information-rich online Flora of China has been constructed, providing real-time online services. Moreover, multiple species information release and push modes in forms such as websites and mobile applications (APPs) have been developed, to offer basic data and working platforms for taxonomic research, biodiversity conservation, ecological research, science communication, natural history education and other related fields.
