Macronomic sequencing of rice rizhosphere soil

We collect the rhizosphere soil of rice variety 'Acuce' and 'Nipponbare'.The study was performed in Yuanyang terrace and greenhouse of state key laboratory for conservation and utilization of bio-resources in Yunnan Province, China (23°06′11″N, 102°44′34″E),(25°7′45″N,102°44′31″E).The soil samples were amassed from three randomly chosen positions with a shovel at the site, and approximately 500-700 g wet mass of apparent soil (0-20 cm) per sample was wrapped into a polythene container.
