The present invention relates to a production process of nano-cellulose material based on the use of cellulose pulp chain fractionation originated from pre-treatment or mechanical defibrillation (partially refined / defibrated pulp) in combination with mechanical defibrillation steps， being that the accepted fraction and the rejected fraction can be assigned to stages of consistency adjustments in order to precede a different stage of defibrillation.
