Manhole-Level Attribute and Risk-Score Dataset for the Sovkhoznaya Sewer Collector, Karaganda, Kazakhstan
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides georeferenced, manhole-level attribute and risk-scoring data for the 2,838.2 m Sovkhoznaya sewer collector (Maylina–Orken–Tsvetkin streets, Maikuduk district, Karaganda, Kazakhstan), covering all 56 manholes (K-1 to K-56) plus the pipe outfall connection to the sewage pumping station (SPS). The dataset was compiled from the collector's original 2024 technical condition-assessment and 2025 rehabilitation-design project documentation (manhole schedule, as-built condition scheme, and rehabilitation drawings), and extends that project's outputs with: manhole coordinates digitized from project drawings and corrected via section-wise linear referencing so that cumulative segment lengths reproduce the project's published section lengths exactly (see pipe_rehab_section and cross-reference to Zhumagaliyev et al., 2025, Technobius, for the design-length source); a per-manhole condition disposition (Serviceable / Replace) reconciled across two independent drawing sources within the source project (see limitations below); a static Likelihood-of-Failure x Consequence-of-Failure (LOF x COF) risk score and risk class (Low/Medium/High) computed from the verified disposition, pipe diameter, and downstream network position. Known limitation, stated for transparency: the source project's narrative report states 9 of 56 manholes require replacement, while the itemized per-manhole condition records used to build this dataset identify 11. This discrepancy exists within the original source documentation and is not resolved here; the itemized records (used for the disposition_category column) are treated as authoritative since they are independently verifiable at the manhole level, unlike the narrative summary figure.
