Results of amplification sequencing of second exons of MHC class II DRB and DQB genes of bank voles (Myodes glareolus). These domains contribute to the peptide binding groves of the MHC class II molecules and determine antigen-binding specificity.MHC data was generated to investigate spatiotemporal patterns of associations between MHC and pathogen infections affecting bank voles in the Mazury Lake District Region in northeastern Poland (Behnke et al., 2001; Grzybek, Bajer, Bednarska, et al., 2015). Parasitological surveys and collection of bank vole tissue samples were conducted in three moderately differentiated genetically subpopulations named Urwita, Talty and Pilchy. Sampling was performed in 6 sampling seasons: in 1999, 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018.Data is separated into 18 batches (i.e., Illumina libraries), each contains pooled DQB and DRB MHC amplicons from up to 95 individuals. Amplicon de-multiplexing is possible with combination of forward and reverse primer sequences and a unique combination of 6-bp forward and reverse tags, and can be performed with e.g., AmpliSAS software:http://evobiolab.biol.amu.edu.pl/amplisat/index.php?amplisasFiles necessary for de-multiplexing of the pooled libraries and recovery of individual amplicons are deposited in Open Science Framework (OSF) repository: DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/HCTUV
