RNA Sequencing of 16D prostate xenograft tumors with genetic knockout of OGDHL

The goal of this study was to perform transcriptomics of xenograft tumors generated from prostate cancer cells with genetic knockout of OGDHL vs a control knockout Overall design: Prostate cancer cells were infected with lentivirus containing CAS9 and a control gRNA (AAVS) or gRNA targeting OGDHL (sgOGDHL). Cells were then implanted with matrigel into immune deficient NOD-SCID-IL2Rgnull (NSG) mice and allowed for tumors to form.
