Berberine shows protective effect against AAPH-damaged C17.2 neural stem cells. This study aims to determine the genes regulated by berberine and clarify the possible molecular mechanism underlying the action. Overall design: AAPH (7.38 mM) was used to induce oxidative damage to C17.2 neural stem cells. Berberine (1.69 uM) was added to treat AAPH-damaged C17.2 neural stem cells for 12 hours.
