Assessing the influence of RNA structural and sequence variations on SNRPA1 binding preference in vitro Recombinant SNRPA1 protein was incubated with SSE RNA and SSE RNA with structural and sequence variants. The resulting RNA-protein complexes were then immunoprecipitated with an anti-SNRPA1 antibody, washed 1X, and the SNRPA1-bound RNA was isolated using acid phenol chloroform extraction. The pool of input RNA, along with two replicates of SNRPA1-bound RNA were sequenced on a NextSeq500 instrument.
