Replication Data for: Hepcidin regulation in Kenyan children with severe malaria and non-typhoidal Salmonella bacteremia.

This dataset contains clinical information of 75,015 hospitalized children admitted between August 1998 and October 2019; and results of iron and inflammatory biomarker assays for 116 hospitalized and 291 community children. The variables presented in this dataset were used in the analysis of a related manuscript that is under review at Haematologica.
